Terms & Conditions

Do Sask terms and conditions ensure that you have a good time in a safe environment.

While the spirit of Do Sask is fun and easy-going, the following terms and conditions do contain legal responsibilities to form an agreement between you and I (Amy Rederburg, operating as “Do Sask”).
These were last updated on April 3, 2018.

EVENT MINIMUMS

All Do Sask events require a minimum number of attendees to run for your satisfaction and enjoyment. If an event doesn’t meet the amount of guests required to run, I will contact you in advance to give you a refund or alternative scheduling options. You can either hold on to your ticket to use for another event, or get a full refund.

  • Speed Dating requires 7 men and 7 women ages 19+
  • Brewery Tours requires 10 people ages 19+
  • Studio Do requires 10 people

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

The following refund policies apply to all requests:

  • Speed Dating: no refunds
  • Studio Do: no refunds
  • Brewery Tours: no refunds

There are no exceptions, so please plan accordingly.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you aren’t able to attend an event you may transfer your ticket. Contact Amy with the contact details of the person you’re transferring to. If this is not done prior to the event the ticket will not be valid.

LATE ARRIVALS

Do Sask sends email reminders for your event bookings. When buying a ticket please note the date and time of your event, so that you know exactly when and where to be. If you’re running late to any event it will start without you. You’re welcome to join late, but you will not get an opportunity to make up lost time.

If you’d like to join a tour late, you’ll need to look at your schedule to find and locate your group. Do Sask doesn’t cover travel costs due to a participant’s lateness.
Plan accordingly to arrive on time.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All Do Sask events and online communities are harassment-free zones.

As spaces dedicated to creating meaningful connections, I do not tolerate hateful, racist, homophobic, sexist, or ableist behaviour.

  • SHOW RESPECT towards everyone and every establishment you interact with both online and in person.
  • HAVE FUN getting to know people and places near you. Keep your negative attitude and comments to yourself, unless writing constructive notes on your feedback form.
  • OPEN YOUR MIND to meeting many different people and trying new things.

If you violate the code during your time, you may forfeit your ticket and be removed from the Do Sask event. If you witness or experience harassment at an event or in the online community please let me (Amy) or a moderator know, so that the individual(s) who deliberately caused the offense can be removed.
